Federal Agents Murder Another Person in Minneapolis as Congress Weighs ICE Budget Increase
A 37-year-old VA nurse was executed on the streets of Minneapolis just weeks after the murder of Renee Nicole Good

Another U.S. citizen was murdered by federal agents on Saturday as the Trump administration escalates its terror campaign against the people of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Bystander video captured the horrific moment a Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agent fatally shot a Minneapolis man early Saturday morning. After a brief struggle that resulted in the man being forced to the ground by federal law enforcement, one of the officers pulled out his pistol and emptied his weapon’s entire magazine into the victim at point-blank range, killing him.
While the Trump administration alleges the victim was armed and dangerous, with an intent to ‘massacre’ law enforcement, footage directly preceding the altercation reveals the man was merely observing DHS operations with his phone in hand.
In other words, another legal observer exercising his First Amendment rights.
Be warned, the video is difficult to watch and viewer discretion is advised.
Furthermore, the victim — identified as 37-year-old Alex Pretti — is believed to have worked as a registered nurse at an intensive care unit under the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Needless to say, this hardly fits the profile of a violent criminal.
And although he was identified as a legal gun owner by Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara, Pretti never appeared to brandish a weapon at law enforcement in any currently available angle of the incident.
Nevertheless, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) insists that Pretti was a domestic terrorist who arrived at the scene with the intent to assassinate immigration officers.
“This looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement,” Trump’s immigration enforcement czar Greg Bovino claimed during a truncated press conference.
Of course, this manufactured narrative shares disturbing similarities to the misinformation shared in the aftermath of Renee Nicole Good’s murder at the hands of ICE just two weeks ago, where a loving mother and peaceful protestor was gunned down without provocation.
After that incident, members of the Trump administration, including the president himself, immediately blamed the victim. They went so far as to claim that she used her car to ram members of law enforcement — even sending an officer to the hospital with serious injuries. Of course, these statements were completely fictitious and later debunked by every serious news agency.
Not only did they kill a woman in cold blood, but they decided to slander her too.
Given their track record, we can only assume they are lying again today.
As such, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz urged the public to be skeptical of any misleading narratives pushed by the White House, and called for an independent investigation into the homicide.
“I’m rejecting the rush to judgment within 15 minutes of this, which they did last time,” he told reporters during a press conference. “That’s why you need to have a fair investigation.”
“They’ve written the narrative already,” he added. “Enough is enough.”
Meanwhile, as CBP and ICE officers continue to kill and harass U.S. citizens across the country, Congress is on the verge of passing a budget that will give additional money to DHS with no strings attached.
Last week, with the help of seven Democratic defectors, House Republicans managed to pass a sprawling $64.4 billion spending package — including another $10 billion set aside for immigration enforcement activities.
If approved by the Senate, this would be added to the multi-billion dollar budget already passed under Trump’s “Big, Beautiful Bill Act,” which gives ICE a level of funding comparable to a standing army — at the cost of Medicaid and federal health care subsidies for American families.
Fierce critics of Trump’s immigration tactics have therefore called on their Senate colleagues to block the legislation, arguing that passing such a bill would make lawmakers complicit in ICE’s state-sponsored terror campaign.
“Americans are being killed in the street by their government,” Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wrote on social media. “[Senate Democrats] should block ICE funding this week. Activate the National Guard.”
“We can and must stop this,” she added.
Alex Pretti wasn’t the first American citizen killed by Trump’s DHS this year, and he likely won’t be the last. As Donald Trump continues to flood the streets of Minneapolis with thousands of violent and poorly-trained federal agents, Congress must act quickly and decisively to end his reign of terror.
Make no mistake, ICE and DHS cannot receive a single cent from taxpayers while their agents continue to murder, harass, and kidnap American citizens.
In the words of Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, “get the f—k out.”
